If you are using the free version please go to our plugin support page. With the free version we offer all these answers that we have given over the years. They should answer most of your questions.

If you own the Professional 3.0 version or the Developer 3.0 version or higher, then you can have email support as well as the support page. You just go through your plugin to the MyBookTable settings Troubleshooting tab and it will take you to submit a ticket.  We will get back to you shortly that way.
