My name is Tim Zook, I’m the lead developer for MyBookTable. Unfortunately the MyBookTable shortcodes don’t currently support complex queries like the ones you’re looking for, partly because it would be challenging to create an easy-to-use interface for our Shortcode Inserter functionality, and we like to keep all of our shortcode functionality accessible through that interface if possible. However I will make a note of this and will look into possibly implementing this in a future version of MyBookTable as an advanced feature that’s not available through the Shortcode Inserter interface.
